Puttalam Hindu Central College (PHCC) is a public national school on Kurunegala Road in Puttalam, Sri Lanka. Founded in 1979 as Hindu Tamil Maha Vidyalayam, the school was renamed at its Silver Jubilee in 2004 and today serves students from Grade 1 through Advanced Level.
